SJSY Power International uses RFQ submissions for engineering quotation, technical communication, project qualification, and overseas sales follow-up.
When you submit an RFQ, we may collect your name, company, country, corporate email, WhatsApp number, product category, project type, requirement text, source page, and drawing metadata. The current MVP validates drawing file names, types, and sizes, but keeps raw drawing storage reserved until approved private storage is configured.
RFQ information is used for engineering quotation review, project qualification, technical clarification, sales follow-up, and internal lead management for industrial electrical products and EPC services.
Validated RFQ submissions may be stored in a protected server-side lead inbox and may later be forwarded to approved sales, engineering, CRM, or email systems. Buyer drawings and personal contact data should not be published on public pages.
